• Feasibility Study and Project Reports:
  A feasibility study is a preliminary study used to refer to the resulting document for a project report. For the Sponge Iron plants, a feasibility study is undertaken by our team of experts. This study helps us to determine a project's viability and its end result. The feasibility study enables us to make a decision whether to proceed with the project or not. If the project is feasible, we also prepare the project report .
  
  
• Detailed engineering of project and equipment: Layout planning of project and detailed coordination of equipment are done here. We offer detailed engineering of the project which help us to also to proceed with the construction phase of a project. Efficient and cost effective detailed engineering is of paramount importance for having a control on the cost of the project.
  
• Equipment designs and production drawings: We develop specifications and detailed drawings of the various stages of construction and erection of the sponge iron plant.
  
  
  
• Suitable project site selection & raw material testing:In depth testing of required raw materials for the Turnkey Sponge Plant & then selecting the suitable site for project is also a part of our services.
  
  
  
• Complete integration: When it comes to complete integration in our turnkey sponge iron plants, our vast capabilities help us to design any sized plant, build it and also disassemble it. We can also ship it directly to our client's site. Integrated services help in optimizing the value of our client's turnkey projects.
  
• In house application engineering: Our in house application engineering staff is prepared to assist our customers in selecting the proper machine configuration, work holding required, machining process and cutting tools. We also provide training so that operators run the machine efficiently. Ashoka Group offers customers strong applications and engineering support.
  
• Expansion/ modernization for increasing the capacity: Our team is involved not only in the initial set up plan for the plant but also in finding out new methods for expanding the capacity of the plants. The expansion and modernization program continues even after the final execution of the project.
  
• Pollution control and environment engineering: We lay emphasis on environmental engineering and pollution control. Our engineers take all measures to improve the environment and take care of polluted sites of our turnkey Sponge Iron plants.

• Equipment servicing: We also provide servicing of the various tools and equipment used in the production process, even after the completion of the plant.
  
• Development of spares: One of our Ashoka Group's team is indulged into development of spares. We are involved in indigenous development of spares etc. by design & proper selection of materials so that in no part of the production process , there is a stop in the production process.
