Sponge Iron Equipment

Mere erection and execution of a plant is not the only services of turnkey projects for Ashoka group. As already mentioned, Ashoka Group has earned a recognition in both Indian and International market as a well known supplier, manufacturer and consultancy service provider for sponge iron plants. We also manufacture and export a wide range of equipments required in the production of sponge iron. We also supply as per customer drawings and specifications. All our machines and equipment undergo all sorts of quality and testing procedures so that the end products are of superior quality. We provide a complete assembly with our sponge iron plant consisting of various equipments. The sponge iron equipments manufactured and supplied by our company are as follows:

• Dust Settling Chambers : Dust Settling Chambers are required to discharge dust free gas. Ashoka Group manufactures dust settling chambers for sponge iron plants. Dust settling chambers are also installed in all our turnkey sponge iron plants.
  
  
• Cooler Shell : Cooler shells are very essential in a sponge iron plant for effective cooling while iron is heated or melted. We supply a wide range of cooler shells in several sizes and specifications. Made of superior quality raw materials , we also produce as per customer's specifications.
  
  
• Transfer Chutes: Transfer chutes are require to transport iron ore from one piece of equipment to another and hence an essential equipment in sponge iron plant. We supply transfer chutes with all our turnkey sponge iron plants. Transfer chutes can also be suppled separately by our company.
  
  
• Kiln Outlet Hood: Outlet hoods are necessary in proper functioning of sponge iron plants. We provide thermally insulated outlet hoods with our plants. Available in various sizes, they can also be supplied individually and as per customer's specifications.
  
  
• Conveyors: Conveyors are mechanical apparatus that transports materials, products, or items being assembled from one place to another and hence required in a sponge iron plant. We supply all kinds of conveyors, which are capable of handling all kinds of loads and materials.
  
  
• Kiln : Kilns are thermally insulated chambers in which a controlled temperature regimes are produced. Essentially used to harden, burn or dry materials or smelting ore to extract metal, kilns are supplied with our turnkey sponge iron plants. Our kilns are made of superior quality raw materials. We manufacture and export an extensive range of furnaces and kilns for industrial and commercial applications as well.
  
  
• Discharge Belts: Discharge belts are conveyors in belt shape and effective used for handling loose materials like sand, stone, coal, grain etc. We supply a wide range of discharge belts which are standard models & also custom built.
  
  
• Drive System for Rotary Kiln: We are manufacturer, exporter and supplier of turnkey sponge iron plants and machinery including rotary kiln and also drive system for rotary kiln.
  
  
• Support Station for Kiln: The support station for kilns is supplied with our turnkey sponge iron plants. We also take individual orders for this. Our support station is fully equipped with all necessary equipment and accessories.
  
  
• Cooler Section: A cooler section is always available in our sponge iron plants. We also take customized specifications. Our cooler sections are durable and efficient.
